Lisa Fraser, a 52-year-old mother of three from Neyland, Pembrokeshire, was tragically murdered in her own home after a knife-wielding intruder entered during breakfast.
The killer, Matthew Harris, 41, told police upon arrest that he had just killed a Nazi, affirming his guilt immediately.
Prior to the attack, Harris had been seen causing damage nearby and threatening others with a knife.
A post-mortem confirmed Fraser died from multiple sharp force injuries, including a slit throat.
Fraser had worked in local care homes and was deeply loved by family and friends who remember her as a caring and cherished individual.
Harris faced multiple charges including murder and was remanded in custody, but just two weeks later was found dead by hanging in his prison cell after being rushed to hospital.
It emerged during an earlier inquest that Harris acknowledged his mental illness and intent to take his own life.
