A British art dealer, John Brandler, is in a bitter dispute with an Italian exhibitions company, Metamorfosi, over the return of three Banksy murals he loaned to them three years ago.
The murals, which are on their original walls, are insured for £15m.
Brandler is seeking legal action, citing a final loan payment that is four months late and the failure of Metamorfosi to return the artworks.
The works include 'Season's Greetings,' 'Heart Boy,' and 'Computer Robot'.
Metamorfosi, a 'well-established and prestigious company,' claims they have been trying to return the murals since June and that Brandler has been unwilling to accept delivery.
They stated that they are organizing the return and that it will take place by the end of September.
However, Brandler insists he will not accept the walls until he receives payment.
The case highlights a complex commercial dispute over valuable artwork.
