Gloucestershire Police have launched a search for a missing and vulnerable 15-year-old girl named Heather.
The teenager was last seen at approximately 7 pm on Thursday after leaving an address in the village of Chaceley, located between Gloucester and Tewkesbury, on foot.
Concerned for her welfare, officers have been actively searching the surrounding area, with support from the National Police Air Service.
Heather is described as being 5 feet in height with short, dark hair in a pixie cut.
When she was last seen, she was wearing blue flared jeans, blue Crocs, a tank top, and a black zip-up hooded top.
The police are asking for the public's assistance in locating her.
Anyone who sees Heather or has seen her recently is urged to call the police on 999.
For earlier sightings, the public can call 101 and quote incident number 418 of September 11.
The case has been deemed a priority due to the teenager's vulnerable status.
